Illinois Low-Interest Loans

Loan sizes range $10,000–$2,000,000 based on job creation/retention, project size, and risk assessment. Funded through the federal State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI).

Up to $800,000 per borrower per year (multiple loans allowed), including land purchases up to $600,000. Covers machinery, construction, milling, processing, transportation, salaries, irrigation systems, equipment, livestock purchase, and soil conservation. New cycles roughly twice monthly; application deadline is noon the Thursday before the first/third Wednesday meeting.
