Reimbursement-style export assistance grant, first-come-first-served
Eligibility
Illinois firm headquartered or with a substantial facility in Illinois; fewer than 500 employees (SBA small-business definition); at least one year of prior operation; minimum $250,000 gross revenue and profitable; products with at least 51% U.S. and 25% Illinois content.
