Funding Amount
Commercial: up to $150,000, reimbursement sliding from 90% (gross sales $0–$3M) down to 30% (gross sales $6–$9M). Industrial: up to $250,000 at 50% reimbursement. Multi-tenant commercial: $75,000/tenant. Multi-tenant industrial: $100,000/tenant. Applications open monthly, by TIF district.

Eligibility
Commercial businesses with under $9M average annual gross sales; industrial businesses with no more than 200 full-time employees; property owners with cumulative net worth under $9M and under $500,000 in liquid assets. Property must be in an eligible Tax Increment Financing (TIF) district. Residential projects excluded.
