Up to $10,000 per new job created. Requires a 1:1 match — grant funds cover up to 50% of total eligible capital costs. Funded by Rebuild Illinois capital funds, subject to Bondability Guidelines.

Eligibility
Must be relocating to or expanding operations in Illinois, with confirmed or pending eligibility for a REV, MICRO, EDGE, or HIB tax credit for the same project. EDGE/HIB applicants specifically need either 40+ new Illinois jobs plus $40M investment, or 100+ jobs plus $20M investment. Eligible industries: Agribusiness & AgTech, Energy, Information Technology, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics. Must be registered in the GATA Grantee Portal at time of application.
